I do question however why the original thinking of "grouping" residences, services and products into specialized areas as happens for example with Strip Malls and Industrial Parks continues.
Let's face facts that this is what leads to the long commute as people travel from home (residential parks) to work "in the city".
Time for new urban designs similar to what may soon be normal for micro grids and that #Covid has proven is possible by working from home. (Yes, there are jobs that CANNOT be done from home).
